1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BeatEmpire platform. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.

BeatEmpire is a marketplace connecting producers and artists. We provide a platform for hosting, selling, and purchasing beats and licenses.

2. Accounts

You must register to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for your account security.

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Producers

Producers can upload beats and set license prices. By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to the content.

  • Uploading copyright-infringing content is prohibited
  • Producers set their own prices
  • Payments are processed directly via PayPal

4. Buyers

When you purchase a license, you receive usage rights according to the license type. See the licenses page for details.

5. Payments

All payments are made via PayPal directly to the producer. BeatEmpire is not a party to financial transactions between buyers and producers.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Malware or harmful software
  • Hate speech or violence promotion
  • Misleading or deceptive content

7. Limitation of Liability

BeatEmpire is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
