BeatEmpire respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, send an email to dmca@beatempire.store with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  2. The URL or identification of the infringing material on BeatEmpire
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Review Process

  • We will review your notice within 5 business days
  • If valid, the content will be removed or disabled
  • The content owner will be notified and may file a counter-notice
  • Repeat offenders may be banned from the platform

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including:

  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of error
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to jurisdiction
